Tony Nguyen (born March 19, 2004, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) is a Vietnamese-American artist and entrepreneur.
Tony is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations (Global Business) at the University of Southern California, where he also studies Music Production at the Thornton School of Music.
He began studying classical piano at the age of four in Ho Chi Minh City and, by 14, earned the ABRSM Grade 8 Piano Certificate—the highest level awarded by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. This early foundation shaped his musical discipline before he transitioned into contemporary music, further developing his artistry under the mentorship of legendary Vietnamese singer-songwriter Phương Uyên.
Tony’s entry into the public eye came in July 2023, when he made his entertainment debut walking at Vietnam International Fashion Week 2023. The appearance generated significant attention, amassing over five million views across social media platforms and marking his initial breakthrough into the industry.
In December 2024, he expanded into music performance, making his first public appearance as a singer on national television with an original composition. The moment signaled a transition from emerging personality to performing artist.
In June 2025, Tony performed live before an audience of more than 30,000 in Vietnam, opening for some of the country’s most celebrated singers. The following month, in July 2025, he took the stage at the Miss & Mister Fitness Supermodel World 2025 finals, delivering a live performance of his original song to an event broadcast in 39 countries worldwide.
